Verzending & levering
Zodra je je bestelling hebt geplaatst verstuur ik zo snel mogelijk je pakketje.

Verzending alleen binnen Nederland en België. Vanaf het moment dat het pakketje is afgegeven bij een Post NL punt is Made by Sannah niet aansprakelijk voor vertraging, ook niet voor kwijtgeraakte of beschadigde post.

Verzending Nederland
Verzending Post NL + Track & Trace = Keramiek €6,95, sieraden €4,95

Verzending België
Verzending Post NL + Track & Trace = Keramiek €10, sieraden €8,95

Je pakketje word bezorgd binnen 3-5 werkdagen. Dit is een indicatie. Overschrijding van de verzendtijd geeft de klant geen recht op een compensatie of vergoeding.

Annuleren van bestelling is niet mogelijk.
Retourbeleid
Producten kunnen niet retour gestuurd worden.
Factuur
Na betaling krijg je een factuur. Hierop staan de producten die je hebt besteld. Op het formulier word geen BTW verrekend. Dit komt omdat vrijstelling van BTW van toepassing is.
Betaal mogelijkheden
Er kan betaald worden met Ideal, Visa/Mastercard, American Express, JBC, Diners en Discover.

De behandelingsperiode van uitbetaling naar Made by Sannah beschermt u als klant tegen frauduleuze activiteiten.
Aanbod producten
Alle producten zijn handgemaakt. Made by Sannah behoud het recht om prijzen van producten te wijzigen. ​

Between €12 and €15. Depends on your country.

Made by Sannah is not responsible for missing or stolen packages. If the package is sent back to my place after being missing, you will get a refund for the pieces (not shipping costs included).

Returning:
You can not return ceramics.

Packaging:
I pack every item carefully. Every ceramic piece will be safely wrapped in bubble wrap.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
​The ceramics are quality stoneware and are dishwasher/microwave safe. I do recommend to hand wash your items to maintain the nice color of the glaze.
